Critical reviews

F. Callipari - Art historian and Art critic

Allergic to labels, Avellino loves to experiment with different genres, conceiving each of them as a way to interpret and share her personal vision. Switching from street to landscape, from natural elements to architecture, from black and white to color, Avellino shows an eclectic approach, letting her soul speak through every genre. The shots set on long exposure or on the concept of superimposition are very interesting with their peculiar effects allowing to suggest a sensation of dynamism through the photographic medium, giving the images an almost pictorial aspect.

A. Soricaro - Art critic and expert

A beautifully rendered art photography promotes the artist's view in an original way without being influenced by outsiders. Each photo is an original exploration and at the same time a message sent to the observer through images that are always different in terms of cut, light and setting. Small works of art that present themselves with a great aesthetic appeal, very well built and highly correlated with each other.

Life Framer

I like this photograph because Floriana found the best focal point in the scene and managed to create a soft light by blurring the background. Fields with poppies aren't a new subject matter. Therefore, one should always look for unusual angles, fresh approaches, and techniques that bring the subject matter to another level. The photograph has a striking color contrast and a good game of texture, light and shadows.
